New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment — no questions asked.

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with Learnica. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, on behalf of Learnica.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a new subscriber (Pro or Teams) and are not satisfied with Learnica for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment. No justification is required.

To request a refund under the money-back guarantee, please email us at support@learnica.online with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

3. Renewals and Subsequent Billing Periods

Subscription renewals (charges after the initial payment) are generally non-refundable, as you have ongoing access to the full service throughout the billing period.

However, we will consider refund requests for renewal charges on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

4. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no charge. No refunds are applicable to free accounts.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund of the current billing period. If you wish to cancel and receive a refund, please contact us explicitly to request a refund — cancellation alone is not a refund request.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, as processed by Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. Customers in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with statutory refund rights may have additional entitlements beyond those described here.
